Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the FotoFinish application or website. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

FotoFinish reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Your content may be transmitted across networks and, while payment information is always encrypted, you acknowledge this inherent nature of internet communication. You may not reproduce or resell any part of the Service without written permission.
All content, software, and technology within the Service belong to FotoFinish or are used under license. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, modify, create derivative works, sublicense, or use the Service to build a competing product.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant FotoFinish a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service. FotoFinish treats your content as confidential and will not share it without your approval.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Applicable taxes are calculated based on your account information. Trial periods convert automatically to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial.
Prices may change at the start of your next billing period. Continued use constitutes acceptance. You may cancel before the change takes effect to avoid the new pricing.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before expiration. Enterprise clients should refer to their service contracts.
FotoFinish may provide access to third-party tools on an "as is" basis. We do not monitor or endorse these tools and accept no liability for their use.
The Service may link to third-party content. FotoFinish is not responsible for third-party materials and provides no warranties regarding them.
Feedback, ideas, or suggestions you submit may be used by FotoFinish without restriction or compensation. You are responsible for the accuracy of any content you submit.
FotoFinish may correct errors in the Service at any time without obligation to notify users, except as required by law.
The following are strictly prohibited when using the Service:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." FotoFinish makes no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modern Cleaning Concept LP is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and defend FotoFinish against any claims arising from your breach of these terms or your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate these terms at any time. FotoFinish may terminate immediately for non-compliance. Obligations incurred before termination survive.
Disputes should first be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting legal@fotofinish.com. If unresolved, the parties agree to mediation and, if needed, binding arbitration in Quebec under Quebec and Canadian law. Disputes are resolved individually, not as class actions.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
