App Questions

How do I get started with the app?

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, then log in with the credentials your account administrator has set up for you. Your assigned FotoFlows and sites will appear automatically.

Is the app free?

The app itself is free to download. FotoFinish is a subscription service — your organization's administrator handles the subscription. On-site users and supervisors are included in the plan at no extra cost per user.

What devices are supported?

FotoFinish is available on iPhone (iOS 13 and above) and Android phones (Android 8.0 and above). The supervisor web dashboard works on any modern browser including Chrome, Safari, and Edge.
