Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how Modern Cleaning Concept LP ("FotoFinish," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the FotoFinish mobile application and web platform (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, but doing so may limit your ability to use certain features.
Business contact information includes details that identify you in a professional context: your work email, job title, company name, and business address. To the extent permitted by law, this includes publicly listed business contact details.
a. Information You Provide: name, email, password, payment information (for paid plans), business details, photos uploaded through the app, and any correspondence with us.
b. Automatically Collected Information: device type, unique device ID, IP address, operating system, browser type, and usage data. Some of this is non-personal and treated accordingly.
c. Location Data: We may collect your device location to determine your city and assist with site proximity features. You can disable this in your device settings.
If you provide us personal information about another person (for example, when creating accounts for your team), you are responsible for being authorized to do so.

The Service may include automated, AI-assisted analysis of photos and related submission data, such as comparing submitted photos against reference standards, drafting evaluation feedback, and generating report summaries.
To provide these features, we may use a small number of specialized AI infrastructure providers. They act only on our instructions as service providers: they are bound by confidentiality, have no independent right to use your information, are prohibited from using it to train AI models, and may not retain it beyond what is needed to process each request.
We never use your identifiable content, including photos, to train AI or machine-learning models, and we do not permit our service providers to do so. Automated analysis processes your organization's data on its own; we do not combine it with other customers' data. Aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify you or your organization may be used to improve our services and produce industry insights (see "Non-Personal Information" below). Customers may separately opt in, by written agreement, to future AI training or data-partnership programs.

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the app. To request data deletion or to opt out of marketing communications, email privacy@fotofinish.com.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations. All platform data (logs, photos, reports) is permanently deleted within 3 months of subscription cancellation. This deletion extends to any copies held by our service providers.
Your data may be processed in Canada, the United States, or other countries. By using the Service, you consent to these transfers.

Aggregated or anonymized data may be used for any business purpose, including improving our services and producing industry insights, and is not subject to this policy.
The Service may link to third-party sites or tools. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before engaging.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@fotofinish.com and we will delete it promptly.
We use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure.
We may update this policy and will notify you by posting the updated version here and, for material changes, by email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
