How to Share Your Photos Online
|
With any purchase of FotoFinish you get your own free, private web space on
FotoFinish Net. Use your web space on
FotoFinish Net to instantly share photos with friends and family.

To publish an image or an album from FotoFinish, click on the
Publish Tool  on the toolbar.
This will launch the Publish wizard. In the first dialog, select between a single image or an entire album to upload.
If you only want to upload a single image, select Photo, and make sure that the selected image is
the one you want. You can also check this by glancing over to the preview window. If you want to upload a
different picture, use the drop down menu to pick your photo. You can choose between all open photos and
photos from a selected album. If you want to upload a full album, select the radio button next to
Album and make sure you have the correct album selected. Using the drop down menu, you can select from a list of all open albums.

In the next dialog, you can set your layout preferences. To upload the actual images in
your album (recommended), simply click the radio button next to Actual Size.
Layouts allow you to place multiple images into one file (i.e. you can upload a sheet of thumbnails)
or you can choose from a collection of fun layouts with special occasion themes that
can be used for birthdays, graduations, and other celebrations.
You can show your image descriptions on the web by checking the Show Description box.
The Show Name option is grayed out because image names will always be displayed on your web space to help
visitors identify your photos.
