Academic Order Forms and Criteria

| Qualifying academic institutions can order using the following forms.
To qualify for academic pricing, orders must be accompanied by an official institutional purchase order.

| Who is eligible for Academic Institution Pricing? |
The following entities are eligible for Academic Institution pricing:
1) Accredited public, private, and parochial schools K-12
2) Accredited junior colleges, colleges, universities, graduate schools, medical & law schools
3) Instructors using FotoFinish as part of an accredited class at an eligible institution

| The following are NOT eligible for Academic Institution Pricing: |
1) Hospitals, public libraries, and museums
2) Individual students in grades K-12
3) Individual college students (except through our Personal Educational License)
4) Individuals who work for an academic institution, but who are not purchasing
with an institutional purchase order
